Letterbox is in early access. Below are the currently known issues and limitations.

General limitations
- Letterbox is in beta. Data retention is not guaranteed during this period.
- Account closure and deletion is not yet self-service. Contact support to close your account.
- Password reset is available but may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Inline and JavaScript contact form types are not yet available. Only hosted forms are supported.
- The API for direct form submission is not yet available.
Contact forms
- File attachments are not supported on contact forms.
- Form styling customisation is limited. Custom CSS is not yet available.
- Form field validation messages are only available in English.
Membership
- Membership upgrades require waiting for the current tier to expire, or contacting support.

Message delivery
- Email delivery depends on third-party providers. Occasional delays may occur.
- Message archiving retention is a minimum of 30 days. Older messages may be purged.
