Letterbox is in early access. Below are the currently known issues and limitations.
We are actively working on addressing these. Check back for updates.
General limitations
- Data retention is subject to the terms of service.
- Deleting your account from your profile disables it immediately. Letterbox completes permanent erasure of its data separately; contact support if you need erasure confirmed.
- Password reset is available but may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Inline and JavaScript contact form types are not yet available. Only hosted forms are supported.
- The API for direct form submission is not yet available.
Contact forms
- File attachments are not supported on contact forms.
- Custom CSS is not available for hosted forms.
- Hosted form validation messages are shown in English, even when the form is displayed in Spanish.
Membership
- Cancelling a recurring membership takes effect immediately, without a refund for the remaining period.
Message delivery
- Email delivery depends on third-party providers. Occasional delays may occur.
- Message archiving retention is a minimum of 30 days. Older messages may be purged.
