Letterbox has membership tiers for more volumes and features.

Membership tiers require a purchase.
Membership restrictions
-
Recurring subscription payments are available for all paid tiers.

Therefor the current bundles have longer membership terms.

Currently all bundles are in USD.
Purchase membership

On the profile page, in the details section, click the upgrade button.

On the membership page, choose the membership bundle you want to purchase.

Fill in the credit card details and click the complete purchase button.

Wait while the payment is processed.

If successful you will be shown the profile page with a confirmation at the top.

And the membership details will be updated with the purchased tier.
Renew membership

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

Your next billing date is shown on your profile page under membership details.

If a payment fails, your subscription status changes to past due and payment will be retried.

If payment continues to fail, your membership access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
Upgrade membership

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your profile page.

On the profile page, in the details section, click the upgrade button.

Choose a higher tier bundle from the available options.

Complete the payment to activate your new tier immediately.

Your previous subscription will be cancelled and replaced by the new one.

Downgrade membership

You can downgrade to a lower tier from your profile page.

On the profile page, in the details section, click the downgrade button.

Choose a lower tier bundle from the available options.

The new lower tier takes effect immediately and your previous subscription is cancelled.

When you downgrade, features above your new tier are disabled. For example:

Downgrading from Pro to Standard disables custom branding and form styling.

Downgrading to Starter reduces your contact form and recipient limits.

Existing contact forms and recipients beyond the new tier limits are not deleted, but you cannot add more until you are within the new limits.

Cancel membership

You can cancel your membership from your profile page or by contacting Letterbox.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation your account reverts to the Free tier with its associated limits.

Your contact forms, recipients, and message history are preserved, but tier-specific features are disabled.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in USD. Monthly and annual billing intervals are available for most tiers.

Annual subscriptions offer a discount compared to monthly billing.

Payments are processed securely through Braintree.
-
Your next billing date and subscription status are shown on your profile page.
