• Available customisation options depend on your membership tier.

Tier availability

• Customisation features are unlocked with paid membership tiers.
• Standard tier unlocks custom form title and custom success/error messages.
• Pro tier and above unlocks custom logo, primary colour, and the option to hide Letterbox branding.

Custom form title

• Replace the default form heading with your own title.
• Maximum 255 characters.
• Available from the Standard tier.

Custom success & error messages

• Set a custom message shown to visitors after a successful submission.
• Set a custom message shown when a submission fails.
• Maximum 500 characters each.
• Available from the Standard tier.

Custom logo

• Display your own logo above the contact form.
• Provide an HTTPS URL to your logo image.
• Maximum URL length is 500 characters. The logo is displayed at a maximum height of 80 pixels.
• Available from the Pro tier.

Custom primary colour

• Set a custom primary colour for buttons and accents on your form.
• Provide a hex colour code (e.g. #3A7BD5).
• Available from the Pro tier.

Hide Letterbox branding

• Remove Letterbox branding elements from your hosted form.
• When enabled, the Letterbox logo and name are hidden from your form page.
• Available from the Pro tier.

How to configure

• In your profile, select the contact form you want to customise.
• Find the branding and customisation settings section.
• Enter your preferred values for the options available to your membership tier.
• Save the changes. Customisations take effect on your hosted form immediately.
