You can configure where users are redirected after interacting with your hosted contact form.

• Confirm URL — where users go after a message is successfully sent
• Cancel URL — where users go if they cancel the form
• Error URL — where users go if an error occurs during submission

Default behaviour

• Without custom redirect URLs, the user stays on the hosted form page.
• A success or error message is shown on the form itself.

Redirect URL restrictions

• URLs must use http or https.
• URLs must have a valid host.
• Each URL can be set independently. You do not need to set all three.

Configure redirect URLs

• In your profile, under a contact form, find the redirect URL settings.
• Enter the full URL for confirm, cancel, and/or error redirects.
• Save the changes. The URLs take effect immediately for the hosted form.
