You can customise the subject line of emails sent to your recipients.

• By default the subject is "A Letterbox contact message".
• A custom subject helps you identify and organise incoming messages.

Subject restrictions

• The subject can be up to 255 characters long.
• It must not be empty.

Configure email subject

• In your profile, under a contact form, find the subject line setting.
• Enter your preferred subject line.
• Save the changes. New messages will use the updated subject.
